Desktop NMR preference

Hi, I'm a faculty member at Cerritos College and wanted to get some feedback on selecting a desktop NMR.  I apologize if this is out of line, but I wanted to try a variety of people that may have some experience with these NMR's.  Please reply if you have time. We finally got approval to buy an NMR (I've been asking for 20 years).  We have narrowed it down to 2..almost the same price. One is a Bruker the other a Nanalysis.  These are the desktop type 80 -100 MHz.Have you had any experience with either of these NMR types?  Any comments if you have.

spectra for tests

The other day a colleague was writing an organic test and complained about how difficult it can be to locate spectra to use on the test.  I encouraged him to refer to A Spectrum of Spectral Data, which I had our library purchase on CD back in the late 90's.  Unfortunately I fear that the CD is no longer available commercially.  Does anyone have any knowledge about it?  I know the author was at the University of Tulsa at the time the CD was released.
