Research Interests:
My interests these days revolve about giving my community college students experiences to keep them interested in STEM, with a constant attempt to convert them to ochem majors when they transfer. To that end I occasionally offer a capstone course in independent organic research (involving known-to-me-but-not-them topics that generally work well, drawn from the literature) or computational chemistry explorations.
