EasyOChem set-up

I am working with my IT department to install the EasyOChem plugins for Moodle.  Can anyone provide me with some guidance as to what we need to download from the GitHub site?  I assume that we will need to download the question types and the MarvinJS editor.  Is there anything else?

It also looks like I could have a course hosted on the EasyOChem website.  This looks like it might be easier to set-up but I am wondering if there is a downside to this.  Any advice?
